Support Hastings Philharmonic Choir

The cost of presenting large-scale choral concerts with an orchestra and professional soloists is very high. Whilst our singing members' subscriptions cover our rehearsal costs and overheads, we rely on you - our friends, our audience, donors and various fundraising initiatives to finance our performances. Ticket sales alone cannot fully cover our concert expenses, and the recent months of covid restrictions have severely limited our fundraising efforts.

To help us to present the high-quality performances that you expect and love, and that so much enrich the musical life of our town, please consider making a donation to the choir. Any amount, small or large, can make a big difference! For example:

£10 would buy a presentation bouquet for a soloist
£50 would largely cover the hire charge for a set of orchestral music parts for a concert

We are a Registered Charity. If you are a UK taxpayer, we would be grateful if you would Gift Aid your donation by checking the box at the foot of this page. Gift Aid allows us to reclaim from HMRC an additional 25p for every £1 that you donate, at no extra cost to you.

Alternatively, you might consider becoming a Patron of the choir, or Sponsoring a Musician for one of our concerts - scroll down this page for further information.

Donations can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer or cheque. Please enter your donation amount in the box below and then click on the 'Next' button at the foot of the page to continue.
